My name is Wen, I have been teaching English for ten years now to students from a wide range of cultures and perspectives. From private tutoring, to classrooms, as well as teaching over the internet. I’ve always loved the English Language that is why I took up Language and literature as my major in university. I find it fulfilling when I see my students achieve their purpose in studying English, be travelling, working in a foreign country, or just being able to voice out what they feel. The English language is more than just a key to a lot of opportunities around the world but also a key to the inside of individual minds. I had worked in an English Center with the primary task to develop a curriculum for general English, IELTS, TOIEC, and TOEFL.
I’m looking forward to sharing what I know with non native speakers from all around the world. I believe that a person should take every chance to improve his language skills, the opportunities are all around. Students learn best when they are enjoying the lesson. My goal is to make them feel comfortable with the language and I am certain that the student will make progress faster than he ever thought possible. If I find a way to show them something, they can use their own intelligence to learn. I teach trying to be both informative while allowing the students to find their own way of learning.
I believe every person is capable of learning as long as he is motivated. English is certainly challenging, but it can be mastered and I am here to help.
